A smallish development situated about half a block from Cordova Bay Village on one side and just a bit further to the beach on the other.
Municipal approval for the project covered approval of a 10-unit three story condo apartment building, 75 square meters of office space, and two attached housing units. Parking will be surface only.
The Developer is aiming to build to a high LEED (Leadership In Energy and Environmental Design) standard.
Construction is underway and should complete by summer or fall.
