New Saanich Townhomes at Wilkinson Ridge

Construction is well underway at Wilkinson Ridge in Saanich. When complete, this project will add 17 new strata title residences to the neighbourhood. It is located near the corner of West Saanich Road and Wilkenson, so is close to shopping, recreational amenities, and major transportation corridors.
Three of these homes are stand-alone units (the single units are sold as of the time of writing this), eight are side-by-sides, and there are two buildings with three units each.
While the street address is Wilkenson Road, this strata development has its own laneway that forms a closed loop through it. All homes face the common laneway, not Wilkenson Road.
If stairs aren’t your thing, you may want to give Wilkinson Ridge a pass, but otherwise, the variety of floor plans offer some interesting layouts. Visible interior features include hardwood floors, granite counters, tile shower enclosures, and soaker tubs. Less obvious - the Cat 5E wiring - if you are interested in setting up a local area network at home.
The exteriors are to be of HardiPlank, HardiShingle, and culture stone.
Advertised pricing ranges from about $510,000 to $550,000 - GST will add to that.
